I actually discovered bed bugs on my second night (I had been too tired to notice I think the first night!) and the staff handled this situation extremely professionally. There was also excellent follow up after the event. My company was not charged for the two nights and I was offered a feee night down the track. I will be staying there again as I understand that these things happen and the way that this situation was handled was both compassionate and practical.

The hotel is exceptionally comfortable and stunningly beautiful with outstandingly accommodating personnel with a receptionist who seemingly wanted to refuse us entry. There is a small restaurant from the lobby and cafes and restaurants galore.

The employees at the reception desk are thoughtful and helpful. the hotel is located close to taverns and cafés. - There is a fabulous restaurant within a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Mantra Mooloolaba Beach in Mooloolaba is a great place to stay with friendly and attentive staff at the reception. the location is convenient, being near taverns and cafés. Additionally, there is a fantastic restaurant just a short walk away from the hotel.

The hotel was ideal, the staff was thoughtful, real good experience overall. Well laid out and extremely pleasant rooms, lovely bed. Free parking on site provided. Indoor swimming pool with a sauna and a hot tub was great.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The location was perfect, right across from the beach in the most crowded area. Our room had a brilliant view of the ocean and we enjoyed waking up to it every morning. The staff at the reception desk were so friendly and helpful, especially with a request we had. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed including a kitchenette and a balcony. The hotel also had great facilities such as an indoor swimming pool and a spa & wellness center, which we made full use of. we had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.
